If you happen to select your incorrect size at checkout for a Made to Order item please get in touch via info@onyxhandmade.com.au and I can work with you to get the correct size made. All shipping costs associated with the return and redelivery are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 8 days for refunds to appear once processed

No refunds/returns on any Ready to Ship, Gold/White Gold or Custom orders.
